Salary range: £53,000-£55,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Registered Manager to provide strategic leadership and regulatory oversight of our Residential Family Assessment Centre. This is not a traditional “hands-on shift management” role. Instead, you will:
- hold overall responsibility for safeguarding, quality and compliance
- lead the service through Ofsted inspection and external scrutiny
- ensure assessments are robust, credible and child-focused
- provide leadership across a newly defined professional structure
You will work alongside a strong practice spine including:
- Assessing Social Workers (assessment lead)
- Practice Leads (day-to-day operations)
- Consultant Practitioner (practice quality)
This is a role for someone who:
- understands how to hold a system, not just manage a team
- can maintain oversight without losing grip on quality
- is confident in professional judgement and accountability
We’re looking for:
- strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- experience leading regulated services
- the ability to drive quality and performance
- calm, confident leadership
