We are creating a Consultant Practitioner role to act as the practice expert across our residential and outreach services. This is a pivotal role within our new model - supporting staff to deliver work that is:
- relational
- reflective
- analytically strong
You will:
- lead reflective practice and group supervision
- support complex cases and practice dilemmas
- work alongside Assessing Social Workers to strengthen analysis
- help embed consistent practice frameworks across the service
This is not a line management role. It is about influence, credibility and professional leadership.
We're looking for someone who:
- is recognised as a strong practitioner

- brings depth of experience in working with families
- is committed to anti-oppressive and reflective practice
