As an Assessing Social Worker, you will:
- lead parenting assessments
- analyse evidence from across the team
- produce high-quality court reports
- present evidence in court where required
You will not be expected to run shifts or manage staff. Your focus is on:
- analysis
- professional judgement
- assessment integrity
You will work closely with Family Practitioners who generate the day-to-day evidence that informs your assessment.
We’re looking for:
- qualified social workers with strong child protection experience
- confidence in report writing and analysis
- ability to manage complexity and risk
- commitment to relational and anti-oppressive practice
