We are looking for a Registered Manager to provide strategic leadership and regulatory oversight of our Residential Family Assessment Centre. This is not a traditional "hands‐on shift management" role.
Responsibilities
- Hold overall responsibility for safeguarding, quality and compliance
- Lead the service through Ofsted inspection and external scrutiny
- Ensure assessments are robust, credible and child‐focused
- Provide leadership across a newly defined professional structure
What you'll work with
- Assessing Social Workers (assessment lead)
- Practice Leads (day‐to‐day operations)
- Consultant Practitioner (practice quality)
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading regulated services
- The ability to drive quality and performance
- Calm, confident leadership
