Salary range: £53,000‐£55,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Registered Manager to provide strategic leadership and regulatory oversight of our Residential Family Assessment Centre. This is not a traditional "hands‐on shift management" role.

Responsibilities

  • Hold overall responsibility for safeguarding, quality and compliance
  • Lead the service through Ofsted inspection and external scrutiny
  • Ensure assessments are robust, credible and child‐focused
  • Provide leadership across a newly defined professional structure

What you'll work with

  • Assessing Social Workers (assessment lead)
  • Practice Leads (day‐to‐day operations)
  • Consultant Practitioner (practice quality)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience leading regulated services
  • The ability to drive quality and performance
  • Calm, confident leadership
