About the Role
We are creating a Consultant Practitioner role to act as the practice expert across our residential and outreach services. This is a pivotal role within our new model—supporting staff to deliver work that is relational, reflective, and analytically strong. It is about influence, credibility and professional leadership, not line management.
Responsibilities
- Lead reflective practice and group supervision.
- Support complex cases and practice dilemmas.
- Work alongside Assessing Social Workers to strengthen analysis.
- Help embed consistent practice frameworks across the service.
Qualifications
- Recognised as a strong practitioner.
- Can challenge and support in equal measure.
- Brings depth of experience in working with families.
- Committed to anti‑oppressive and reflective practice.
