Overview
School Office β Administrative Assistant β 13 hours per week, Term Time Only - 38 weeks a year plus 5 weeks paid holiday.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday 9am-12pm
- Thursday 9am-12pm
- Friday 8.30am-4pm
Pay Range: Buckinghamshire Council Pay Range 1B (band 6-10) Β£12.87- Β£13.38ph + 5 weeks paid holiday.
From September 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Support the School Secretary and Bursar in ensuring administration and communication is of the highest quality to support the day-to-day smooth running of the school.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong administrative ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in office administration
- Ability to work as part of a team in a school environment is desirable
