St Michael Abbey School - Marketing and Admissions Assistant

Hours: 37.5 β€’ Contract: Full Time

We are seeking a professional, experienced and proactive Marketing and Admissions Assistant to support pupil recruitment. You will join a high-performing, close-knit team and play a key part in shaping the first impressions of the school and supporting families from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will assist with promotional strategy, manage the website and digital presence, coordinate events, and oversee the full admissions journey with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Under the Admission & Marketing Manager’s leadership:

  • Marketing & Communications
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and pupil admissions
    • Design and run targeted marketing campaigns, including social media and print
    • Create compelling content that showcases school life, events, and pupil achievements
  • Website & Digital Presence
    • Take responsibility for the ongoing development, accuracy, and visual impact of the school website
    • Regularly update website content, including pages, news items, the events calendar, policies, and statutory information
    • Monitor and ensure compliance of the website with relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR, accessibility, safeguarding)
