St Mellion Estate is seeking a Bar Assistant to support our Brasserie Bar and deliver warm, attentive service to hotel guests, visitors and members.
You will work 3pm until close, five days over seven, and be part of a busy, guest-focused team that values hospitality and consistency.
You'll bring a minimum of three years in similar hospitality roles, be confident with bar service and cellar management, and possess a willingness to upsell while upholding brand standards.
