We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for customer service to provide a service to our hotel guests, visitors and members. The role will involve working in multiple areas of our Food & Beverage Operation: Conference and Banqueting, An Boesti, our AA 2-rosette awarded Restaurant, Nicklaus sports Bar, 18 Brassiere and summer terraces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Food & Beverage Assistant role involves a range of duties, including the service of food and drinks from our menus, preparing the restaurant and service areas for service, lay-up and clearing of tables, giving attentive guest focused service to our guests during their meal ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience.

The Person:

  • Preferably you will have previously worked in a similar hospitality operation and have full understanding of menu items and allergen.
  • Key points are having the ability to upsell and deliver great customer service, whilst ensuring the brand values and standards are met.
  • The successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours, to suit the needs of this business. This will include evenings and weekends.
