St. Mellion Estate offers a veritable collection of exceptional golf & leisure facilities, complemented by an inspiring range of accommodation and dining options.
We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for customer service to provide a service to our hotel guests, visitors and members. The role will involve working in our Brasserie Bar 5 days per week - 3pm until close.
Roles & Responsibilities:- The Bar Assistant role involves a range of duties, including; the service of food and drinks, bar setting up and closing down, bar service, clearing of tables, cashing up, cellar and stock control, whilst giving attentive guest focused service to our guests during their visit.
- You will have previously worked in a similar operation for a minimum of 3 years and have full understanding of bartending service and cellar management.
- Key points are having the ability to upsell and deliver great customer service, whilst ensuring the brand values and standards are met.
The successful applicant will have a 40 hour contract working 5 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays. Barista experience preferred, but training given.
