We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join our dynamic Estates Department, providing essential administrative and project coordination support to assist Project Managers in delivering estates-related initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating construction, maintenance, and compliance projects within a large and complex university environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist with regulatory compliance, ensuring projects adhere to relevant construction and building maintenance regulations.
- Prepare reports, maintain project data, and support analysis for informed decision-making.
- Take and distribute minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action points.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage project documentation and reporting.
- Support the Estates team in managing operational workflows and project timelines.

- Some knowledge of construction, regulations, and building maintenance.
- Strong administrative experience within a large, complex organization.

Where is this role based?
This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed. Travel to our other Campuses may be required at certain times.

Shortlisting is expected to be completed within 2 weeks of the closing date depending on application volumes. We aim to give candidates at least a week\’s notice to attend interview.
This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week, it is not open to job share.
