We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated anddedicated SENCo and Class Teacher to join our ambitious and caring team.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionateabout inclusion, has high aspirations for every child and is committed tomaking a lasting difference to children's lives.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced SENCo or an aspiring SENCo who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Is a talented and inclusive classroom practitioner with experience across the primary age range.
  • Creates engaging, stimulating and supportive learning environments where all children can flourish.
  • Places children's needs at the centre of their practice and understands the importance of building positive relationships.
  • Has high expectations for every pupil and is committed to enabling all children to achieve their full potential.
  • Works effectively in partnership with staff, parents, carers and external agencies to secure the very best outcomes for children.
  • Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Shares our belief that inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
