About the Team and Culture
St Mary\\\βs Vets is a dedicated small animal practice located in Ferndown, Dorset. We take great pride in providing exceptional care to our patients and their owners, ensuring each visit is met with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. As a close-knit, 3-vet team, we foster a supportive and collaborative working environment where everyone is valued and encouraged to grow. This role would be ideal for someone who is driven, ready for a challenge, and eager to make a real difference to the practice. Weβre looking for a passionate individual who is ready to get stuck in and help us continue delivering outstanding patient care while building strong relationships with our clients.
The rota
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week. The working hours are as follows: two days per week 8:30 AM β 6:45 PM, three days per week 8:30 AM β 4:00 PM, and one Saturday in three 8:30 AM β 12:30 PM. There are no out-of-hours or bank holiday shifts.
