St Mary’s University is looking for an outstanding and highly motivated candidate with excellent organisational and time management skills and strong attention to detail to join our Research Services Team. The Research & Knowledge Exchange Administrator will provide high level administrative support to enable the smooth running of the Research and Knowledge Exchange Department and Doctoral School, creating and maintaining administrative systems, supporting project management and delivery, diary management, committee support and minute‑taking, communications, and day‑to‑day management of purchasing, invoicing etc. The role will also provide administrative support to the Director of Research & Knowledge Exchange and the Research, Knowledge Exchange and Engagement Manager as required.
