Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To undertake teaching and assessment on a range of primary education modules
  • To lead on teaching art within the primary education curricular
  • To support students as their personal tutor
  • To participate in the supervision and marking of student research projects
  • To support students undertaking their school experience in the role of link tutor
  • To contribute to recruitment of primary education courses
  • To lead CPD and short courses as requested.

Required Education & Experience

  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A Masters degree is desirable but not essential.
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Primary classroom teaching experience
  • Subject lead in Art in a Primary setting.
