The BSc and MSc Sport Rehabilitation programmes are excited to offer an opportunity for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to teach on a number of Sport Rehabilitation modules including Patient Management (contemporary therapeutic modalities), Exercise Rehabilitation and Biomechanics. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic team and contribute to teaching on the undergraduate and postgraduate Sport Rehabilitation programmes and supporting students using contemporary approaches to teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach on Sport Rehabilitation modules including Patient Management (contemporary therapeutic modalities), Exercise Rehabilitation and Biomechanics.
  • Contribute to teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate Sport Rehabilitation programmes.
  • Support students using contemporary approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Undertake administrative duties and act as a personal tutor.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant first degree and Masters-level qualification.
  • Full graduate membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers, or Chartered Society of Physiotherapists).
  • Willingness and ability to undertake research and/or knowledge transfer activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
