Summer Camp Activities Manager Location: St Mary's University Main Campus Salary: £792.54 per week (Residential) Contract Basis: Full time / Fixed Term Period: 1 July – 12 August Contractual Hours: 40 Package: Holiday pay will be paid at the end of the engagement at the rate of 12.08% of salary.
Camp St Mary’s London is an ambitious new venture at St Mary’s University hosting an English-language summer camp for approximately 350 international students per week in July and 125 in August. We are looking for a residential Deputy Centre Manager to serve as a vital leader and the primary right-hand to the Centre Manager in ensuring the camp’s success.
You will work closely with the Activities, Welfare, and Academic Managers to ensure all departments are aligned and performing to the highest standards. You will support the Centre Manager in monitoring student, staff, and Group Leader numbers, ensuring that bed and meal requirements are accurately communicated to the various St Mary’s departments.
You should be a flexible, organised leader who is ready to act as a role model and help build a flourishing network of international partners and happy students. The appointment will be subject to satisfactory references as well as medical clearance, an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), evidence of eligibility to work in the UK, and evidence of qualifications. All of the above checks must have been completed before the start of the employment.
