Job Summary
The Governors of this Catholic high school are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised administrator to provide professional, effective and comprehensive administrative support for whole‑school initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support student transition, rewards and behaviour management systems.
- Carry out duties in student services and main reception: answer telephone calls, welcome visitors, and manage face‑to‑face enquiries from students, parents and visitors.
- Provide a range of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications and Experience
- Recent experience of working in an office or administrative environment.
- Good ICT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Experience of working within a school office environment and knowledge of school management information systems (Bromcom/SIMS) is an advantage.
- Ability to support the development of content for the school’s social media platforms (where appropriate).
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, good judgment, calm under pressure, and a flexible, proactive “can‑do” attitude.
