St Mary's Hospice in the United Kingdom is seeking an Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service Coordinator to deliver compassionate, person-centred support to patients, families and carers from diagnosis through illness and into bereavement. You will coordinate holistic wellbeing services, manage a caseload, and work with staff, volunteers and partner organisations to strengthen community connections and reduce isolation across Furness and South Lakes.
