To secure long-term, high value, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships across the community, primarily with local employers and businesses. The postholder will lead the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy, focusing on both new business acquisition and the stewardship and growth of existing partnerships.
The role will maximise financial and non-financial support through Charity of the Year partnerships, cause-related marketing, sponsorship, corporate volunteering, events, regular giving programmes, and other innovative income streams. The Corporate Partnership Manager will deliver agreed income targets and KPIs, provide excellent supporter care, and ensure all corporate engagement aligns with hospice values, best practice and strategic objectives.
The postholder will also provide support within the fundraising team and work collaboratively across departments to maximise all corporate engagement opportunities.
