St Mary's Hospice in Cumbria is seeking an Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service Co-ordinator to deliver compassionate, person-centred support from diagnosis through bereavement. You will co-ordinate holistic wellbeing and bereavement services, manage an allocated caseload, and work with volunteers and partner organisations to strengthen community connections and reduce isolation.
