Are you highly organised with a passion for teamwork? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic In-Patient Unit (IPU) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit by collaborating with internal and external staff and working closely with fellow administrators.
What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day administration of the IPU.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with team members, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise tasks and manage your workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and team-focused approach.
- Solid IT proficiency, including familiarity with office software.
- Previous experience with minute-taking and using the EMIS patient record system is a plus – but don’t worry, we can provide training if needed!
