We are looking for an Estates Operative to join our maintenance team on a temporary 3-month fixed term contract.
General Maintenance
- Work as part of the maintenance team, assisting with general building, electrical and plumbing work as required.
- Take part in the planned maintenance programme, carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance of vehicles, fire alarm systems and other site facilities.
Grounds Work
- Mow and strim grassed areas across the grounds.
- Carry out general housekeeping and maintenance of the grounds and woodland areas.
- Operate grounds maintenance machinery safely and effectively.
