Bright Sparks & Early Years Nursery is seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner (Maternity Cover) to lead and support a team delivering high-quality care and education for 2-3 year olds. The role involves planning, implementing and evaluating activities to promote development in a safe, nurturing setting.
The ideal candidate will have EYFS understanding, excellent communication, and NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, with a full-time, year-round schedule (37 hours/week) on a rota from 7am to 6pm.
