St Mary's Church of England Primary School is seeking an Inclusion Provision Coordinator to work with the SENDCo to develop and monitor SEND provision for pupils, including EHCPs. You will lead day-to-day SEND provision, coordinate support staff, plan targeted interventions and track progress to ensure high-quality inclusive practice.
You will work closely with families, staff and external professionals to implement effective strategies and ensure safeguarding and confidentiality are maintained.
