Pay based on £1,443 per annum pro rata unsociable hours allowance. Part‑time role (2‑3 days per week, 52 weeks per year) following a fortnightly alternating shift pattern of 6.30 am to 2.30 pm/3 pm and 10 am/10.30 am to 6.30 pm during term‑time.

We seek an energetic, hard‑working, self‑motivated, flexible person to work within the Site Team providing effective and efficient site services.

Qualifications

Ideally you have experience of similar premises work or relevant practical DIY skills, but this is not essential. You must take pride in your work and be committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all users of the site. You will communicate in a friendly and effective manner and support other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for the students. Good team working is essential as well as the ability to work alone using your initiative.

St Mary’s is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All appointments are made through stringent adherence to the requirements of 'Keeping Children safe in Education'. The successful applicant will be required to undertake online safeguarding training, and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the DBS.
