The Governors wish to appoint a passionate, energetic, and motivating Cover Supervisor to join our existing staff team to support students throughout the school. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to gain teaching experience or work in Social and Emotional Mental Health or SEND, with the possibility of linking to subject areas of interest.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of this role, you would facilitate the smooth and effective delivery of the curriculum across all school subject areas. The successful applicant will be hard working, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. You will be expected to provide classroom supervision for students whose regular teacher is absent, delivering pre‑planned learning activities posted on the Teams platform and establishing productive working relationships with students in a stimulating and orderly learning environment.
QualificationsEnglish to GCSE or equivalent is required.
