Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site cleaning Supervisor to work at St Mary's Catholic School Little Crosby L23 4UA. The salary is £15.00 per hour, for 17.5 hours per week. Start and finish times are flexible as this role is a Key holder position. The earliest start would be 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Area manager
- Daily cleaning duties
- Carrying out monthly audits and weekly spot checks
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns
- Stock ordering
- Covering sickness and holidays
- Compliance with daily and weekly tasks
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and organisation of spaces
- Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
