We are a family of 64 schools providing high-quality, faith-filled education to every child we serve.

Our School, St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Brewood, is a welcoming and nurturing school with a strong Catholic ethos. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential academically, socially and spiritually. We pride ourselves on our caring community, high expectations and commitment to excellence in education.

We are looking to appoint a friendly, dedicated, enthusiastic and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to help create a safe, happy, and supportive environment for children in our Early Years setting. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning and play opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Assist in planning, preparing and delivering engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Support the learning, development and wellbeing of individual children and small groups, encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
  • Observe, monitor and record children’s progress, contributing to assessments and learning journeys as directed by the class teacher.
  • Support children’s personal care needs, including toileting, hygiene and promoting independence, in accordance with school policies.
  • Prepare and supervise snack and mealtimes, promoting healthy eating habits and supporting children’s social development.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, inclusive and stimulating learning environment, ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Enjoy opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Join a close-knit community guided by strong values and a shared commitment to our pupils.
