St Mary's Catholic Primary School is part of Our Lady of Furness Catholic Federation. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced part-time School Administrator to work 15 hours per week (term time, plus 2 weeks & INSET) as part of a job share arrangement. The working hours are 8.30am-4.30pm (Monday and Wednesday). This is a permanent contract. Pay Scale: SCP7, Grade 6 £26,403 per annum, pro‑rata to working hours.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative role (preferably in a school).
  • Have a good knowledge of school administration processes, educational regulations and safeguarding policies.
  • Hold relevant qualifications.
  • Have high expectations and demonstrate commitment.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Be a committed team member.
