St. Mary’s Catholic Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a similarly enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and personable individual to drive our school mini bus. The post is for 2 hours per week. Working hours are 7.15am - 9.15am, term time only.
Responsibilities of the post:
- To safely collect and transport pupils to school, swimming classes and other events as directed.
- To undertake pre-journey checks on the vehicle and report any defects.
- Help to ensure that the school minibus meets health and safety requirements and be responsible for general repairs and maintenance.
- General portage and collection activities and ad hoc additional minibus activities to support St Mary’s or other primary school within the Multi Academy Company.
A first aid qualification is desirable but appropriate training will be provided to the successful candidate.
