Thank you for considering St. Mary's Catholic Academy for the next stage in your career. We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Site Supervisor to support our site team at St Mary's. The role is offered on a permanent basis, all year round, to commence as soon as possible. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school site, ensuring that buildings and grounds are well maintained and compliant with health and safety requirements.,

  • A member of the interview panel will be trained in implementing Child Protection procedures.
  • In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026, online search be carried out.
  • For teaching positions, barred list checks and prohibition from teaching checks will be carried out. For leadership positions, section 128 checks will be performed.
  • Has practical maintenance and DIY skills.
  • Possesses a good understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Is able to work independently and use their initiative.
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Is flexible, dependable and committed to high standards.
  • Enjoys working in a school environment and contributing to the wider school community.
