St Mary's Care Group is excited to announce the opening of a new dementia care service in Acomb, York, and we are looking for an experienced Commissioning Home Manager to lead this initiative. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the launch of a brand‑new 66‑bed residential dementia care home, scheduled to open later this year. We seek a motivated and commercially minded leader who excels in building successful services, developing high‑performing teams, and delivering outstanding care outcomes.
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will:
- Lead the commissioning and successful opening of the new service.
- Recruit, develop, and retain an exceptional team.
