What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
- Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
- Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
- Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
- Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
- Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
