Responsibilities
- Keeping accurate care and medical records
- Instilling a positive work environment
- Supporting your care team and conducting supervisions/appraisals
- Liaising with health professionals and relatives to achieve the best care for each resident
- Maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors according to all safety requirements
Candidate profile / Requirements
- Fantastic people skills: supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and show empathy and compassion
- A Caring nature: enthusiastic person-centred approach with a genuine passion for improving people’s lives daily
- A Team Player attitude: works well in a group of likeminded people
