We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our growing team, supporting Castle Grange Care Home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to delivering outstanding standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
About The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Director and working alongside the Home Manager, you will play a key role. You’ll be hands‑on in ensuring compliance, quality, and best practice are consistently delivered within the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement person‑centred care plans using PCS systems
- Conduct medication audits and ensure safe practices are maintained
- Carry out full home audits in line with regulatory and company standards
- Lead and support complaints handling and investigations
- Identify areas for improvement through a proactive "find and fix" approach
- Support and coach Home Managers to maintain high‑quality care delivery
- Ensure homes are inspection‑ready and continuously improving
About You
- Has proven experience in elderly care settings (residential or nursing)
- Has held a role as a Home Manager, Care Manager, Quality Manager, or is a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance standards
- Is confident in auditing, reporting, and driving improvement
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills
