The Opportunity
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping residents enjoy comfort, companionship and independence.
You'll support people to live with dignity and purpose while helping us establish Bowburn Manor as a home known for kindness, warmth and exceptional care.
The relationships you build and the support you provide will have a lasting impact on the lives of residents and their families.
What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Care
Provide personalised support tailored to individual needs, choices and preferences including attending to resident’s personal care.
Build Connections
Develop meaningful relationships that promote trust, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Encourage Independence
Support residents to remain active and engaged in everyday life.
Promote Wellbeing
Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel happy, valued and included.
Support Meaningful Living
Encourage participation in activities, hobbies, celebrations and community life.
Work as One Team
Collaborate with colleagues and wider healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
