St Mary’s Care Group is seeking an experienced PCS Analyst (Super User) to support the effective use and ongoing development of Person Centred Software (PCS) across our care homes. Travel across our homes will be required to ensure consistent usage and best practice.
You will own PCS expertise, pulling data, creating insights, and guiding improvements to care planning, documentation and reporting. The role combines technical know-how with analytical thinking to enhance resident care quality.
