The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely alongside the Registered Manager to support the continued development and success of Adel Square Care Home.
You will help lead and inspire our team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting colleagues to feel valued, motivated and empowered in their roles.
