St Mary’s Care Group in Kingston upon Hull is seeking a warm Team Leader to supervise a care team at St Mary’s Care Centre. You will support residents with daily living, monitor comfort and dignity, and lead staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
You will work full-time hours with some evenings and weekends, ensuring high standards of care and strong teamwork within a close-knit home. NVQ Level 3 or willingness to pursue it is expected.
