You'll work alongside the management team to establish systems, processes and ways of working that support both exceptional care and an outstanding resident experience.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of Bowburn Manor

Welcome visitors, residents, families and professionals with warmth, professionalism and confidence.

Support the Day-to-Day Running of the Home

Provide administrative support that helps the entire home operate efficiently.

Manage Financial Administration

Maintain resident accounts, invoicing information, financial records and reporting systems accurately.

Coordinate Payroll and Personnel Records

Support payroll processes and maintain accurate staffing records and documentation.

Maintain Compliance and Records

Ensure resident and staff files are organised, secure and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulations, to also include the onboarding of all new colleagues.

Support Communication Across the Home

Manage enquiries, correspondence, information requests in a professional and timely manner and support with showing and marketing the home.

Contribute to Home Culture

Help create a positive atmosphere where residents, relatives and colleagues feel welcomed, respected and supported.

What We're Looking For

• Administrative, office management or reception experience.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Experience of Cool Care would be advantageous

• Professional communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A positive and proactive approach.

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.

Experience within social care, healthcare or hospitality environments would be beneficial, but we welcome applicants from a range of professional backgrounds.
