St Mary's Calne is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with Type 1 Diabetes and coeliac disease. You will collaborate with the class teacher, SENDCo and healthcare professionals to implement the Individual Healthcare Plan and promote independence and inclusion in the classroom.
The role focuses on medical support as well as safeguarding and developing the pupil's confidence and wellbeing within the school community.
