- Ability to precision‑plan and improve the quality of teaching and learning across the department
- Skill in developing a curriculum, implementing and monitoring change

- Ability to analyse and use data effectively to ensure rapid and sustained student progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong parent and student relationships
