Site Facilities Officer
Hours / Working Pattern β 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6:00am β 10:00am and 2:30pm β 6:00pm, or hours to be agreed by the head of school all year round.
Holiday Entitlement β 23 days plus bank holidays and concessionary days.
Grade β 4 or Grade 5 dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with safety, security and operations of the site.
- Undertake general maintenance and routine repairs.
- Conduct compliance checks across the site.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to establish professional effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and young people.
