  • Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Term-Time only, plus 5 Inset days, plus 5 additional days to be worked over the school holiday periods
  • Grade: JG 6 SCP 19 - 23
  • Salary: £32,061 - £34,434 per annum pro rata
  • Actual Salary: £28,775.77 - £30,905.61

The Role

St Mary Redcliffe CE Primary School wishes to appoint an experienced, highly organised, flexible and friendly Office Manager to run our school office. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and organisational processes within the school and to undertake a range of administrative and organisational duties which support the management of the school in an effective and positive manner.

We are looking for:

  • A flexible team player who is positive, passionate about their job and a problem solver
  • Someone that can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, the staff team and parents
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be able to operate successfully and calmly under pressure
  • Someone that can use their own initiative, is highly organised and can manage the busy environment of a school office
  • Have great IT skills (Word/ Excel/Outlook and be able to use data systems e.g. SIMS / BromCom) and have a commitment to training and professional development
  • A person who is self-motivated, creative and flexible
  • Respects confidentiality
  • A person with a good sense of humour

The Trust

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi‑Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 34 schools in the Trust. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross‑phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non‑denominational and Church of England schools.
