St Mary Redcliffe and Temple (SMRT) is seeking a permanent Learning Mentor to join our pastoral team.
The successful candidate will work within Year groups, be line managed by the Head of Year, and contribute to high-quality pastoral care, teaching support and student wellbeing.
The post is 36 hours per week during term time, with a 6‑month probation.
Salary is Bristol Grade10 (BG10), currently £36,581 rising to £40,444 gross per annum (pro rata plus holiday pay).
