St Martins: Independent Living Support Worker (Full-Time, Norwich)

St Martins has a full-time vacancy for an Independent Living Support Worker to work in the community in Norwich.

We are looking for someone with experience working with people who self-neglect and hoard, or with insight into these challenges and a passion to support individuals facing them.

The post holder will work in the community, primarily in the homes of those receiving support, to promote independence and choice. You will support individuals with needs identified during their social care assessment.

Details:

  • Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Salary range: Β£25,584 – Β£27,269

Candidate Profile:

  • Passionate and driven to support individuals in challenging situations
  • Ability to promote a positive, stimulating environment for independence and wellbeing
  • Experience supporting those with mental health issues, addictions, or ex-offenders
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and encourage engagement
