We are recruiting for a permanent Support Worker at Highwater House, a residential care home providing care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Care planning
- Escorting residents to appointments
- Planning and implementing activities
- Providing personal care
- Attending meetings with other professionals

Work details
- 32 hours per week (Permanent)
- Shift work including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins
- Salary range: £27,274–£29,070 per full‑time equivalent
- Sleep‑in rate: £44.54
