Student Support Programme Lead Term Time only plus 1 week (35hrs per wk) Grade 8/9 depending on experience (£25,418/£27,753) Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead the delivery of alternative programmes aimed at supporting students at risk of permanent exclusion or those with significantly poor attendance. This crucial role focuses on ensuring these students remain engaged in their education and have access to tailored interventions that promote positive outcomes. You will design and deliver programmes working with students and other stakeholders in identifying barriers to engagement and tailoring strategies to meet their needs.
