As part of your role, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across our primary phase, developing your confidence in leading whole-class learning, managing behaviour, and inspiring young learners. Join our dedicated team of Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants and help every child thrive. Working alongside teachers, you will support pupils with SEND to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Using EHCPs and person-centred approaches, you will help deliver tailored support for pupils with a range of learning, communication, behavioural, sensory, physical and emotional needs.
